Dr. Bishoy Michael is a Board Certified Psychiatrist and member of the American Psychiatric Association and Maryland Psychiatric Society. He sat on the board of directors for National Alliance on Mental Illness of Anne Arundel County. He is currently Director of Consult Liaison Psychiatry at University of Maryland Baltimore Washington Medical Center. Dr. Michael is licensed to practice medicine in Maryland, Florida, New York, and California. He has treated a wide range of chronic and acute mental illnesses, including ADHD, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia. He has a passion for mental health and strives to empower his patients through knowledge. Psychiatry is a partnership and he deeply believes a teamwork approach leads to the best outcomes.
